Phil Daniels has served as Lead Pastor at Generations United for 32 years. He & his wife Kim came to Generations United Church in 1985 as the youth pastors. In October, Phil will retire after 40 years of ministry at Generations United Church.
Tommy Brown, Lead Pastor Designate
Tommy Brown is the Lead Pastor Designate. He will step into the role of Lead Pastor in October 2025. He is married to Elizabeth and they have two children, Seri and Seth. He is the author The Seven Money Types: Discover How God Wired You to Handle Money (Zondervan, '17), and The Ache for Meaning: How the Temptations of Christ Reveal Who We Are and What We’re Seeking (NavPress, '23). He holds a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministry (Southeastern Univ.), master's degrees in Management (Troy Univ.) and Divinity (Wake Forest Univ.) and DMin (Southeastern Univ.) Charlie Perkins, Worship & Creative
Charlie Perkins serves as Pastor for Worship and Creative. He attended Evangel Univ. in Springfield Mo. from 1994-97 where he majored in football. In 1997 he went to Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida for an internship under Lindell Cooley (Worship Leader). Brownsville was experiencing a mighty Revival that began on Father’s Day 1995. Thousands of people from all over the world came to experience what God was doing. He graduated from BRSM (Brownsville Revival School of Ministry) in 1999. Since that time he has been a staff Worship Pastor, Conference Speaker, Recording Artist, and Church Consultant. He is married to his beautiful wife Bekki and has 3 children Juddson, Jarren, and Rayna. Charlie enjoys coffee, trying new restaurants, golf, days at the beach, and doing chores for his wife. Jeff Davis, Care Pastor & Celebrate Recovery Ministry Leader
Jeff Davis serves as Care Pastor and Ministry Leader for Celebrate Recovery. He is married to Kristen, and they have a daughter. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Marketing (Florida State Univ.) and Biblical Studies (Global Univ.), and a master’s degree in Divinity (Liberty Univ.) He received his chaplaincy ecclesiastical endorsement from the Assemblies of God and is interested in serving in the Armed Forces. GREYTON ETHERIDGE & CALLI DEAN, United Students PastorS
Greyton Etheridge and Calli Dean serve as United Students Pastors at GenU. Greyton is originally from north-central Alabama and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Univ. of Alabama) in Huntsville. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Ministerial Leadership (Southeastern Univ.) Calli is from South Alabama and earned her bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry (Southeastern Univ.) and is now completing her Master of Divinity. Greyton and Calli are passionate about raising up a generation of students who know Jesus, love His church, and impact their world. They are engaged to be married in November 2025, and when they are not reading or completing assignments, they enjoy disc golf, hammocking, and spending time with people.

LaToya & Vincent Reid, United Kids directors
LaToya and Vincent have three children. LaToya has a background in Business Administration and over 12 years of experience in children's ministry and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Southeastern University in Family Ministry. Vincent is a seasoned project manager with over two decades of experience and excels in overseeing large-scale projects. His true passion, though, is in the realm of sound and cameras, where he has devoted his time and expertise at church since his youth.
Cliff Troxell, Business Administrator
Cliff serves as the Business Administrator and Missions Coordinator. He began attending GenU back in 1976 and joined the staff in November 2003. He has a bachelor’s degree business administration with a minor in marketing. He is married to Holly and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Cliff enjoys snorkeling, traveling around the continental U.S. and traveling worldwide on missions trips.

Denise Martin, Executive Assistant
Denise serves as Executive Assistant for GenU. She also manages the cafe on Sunday mornings and food events. She and her family came to Northwest Florida in 1998. She has been on staff since 2005 and is passionate about serving people and always has GenU’s best interests at heart. She is married to Billy and they have three children and three grandchildren. Denise’s favorite pastime is going to Disney World!! She also loves being outside, gardening, the beach, and fine dining.
